Standard shipping arrives in 5–8 business days, express in 2–3, and priority overnight by the next business day for domestic orders. Every order is dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of payment, and tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 after any discounts are applied. Below that it is a flat $6.99. Express and priority services are charged at cost and shown before you pay.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Start the return from your confirmation email or by contacting support; we email a prepaid label for domestic returns. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within five business days of the item arriving back.

Every Guangzhoulssc product carries a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, including rust on coated steel and failed welds or joints. It does not cover normal wear, damage from overloading beyond the rated capacity, or modification. Replacement parts ship free within the warranty period.

Checkout is handled by PayPal, which also accepts major credit and debit cards without a PayPal account. We never see or store your card details. This demo store runs against the PayPal Sandbox environment.

Each product page lists exact dimensions, adjustment ranges and load ratings under the Specifications tab. Measure the narrowest point of your opening, including hinges and pipework. If you are between sizes, send us your measurements through the contact form and we will recommend the right model.

We currently ship to more than forty countries. International delivery typically takes 8–16 business days depending on customs. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the checkout total.

Wipe coated steel and plastic with a damp cloth and mild detergent; avoid bleach and abrasive pads, which damage the protective coating. Bamboo should be wiped dry and re-oiled every few months. Fabric organizers are spot clean only unless the label says otherwise.
